Data Protection — DPDP Act (India)
Personal data processed by Proeffico and our products (Vizo361, MaximPro, ZivuX) is handled in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We support data-principal rights — access, correction, erasure — via a documented request flow.
GDPR Posture
For engagements involving EU data subjects, Proeffico acts as data processor under the customer's controller relationship, with standard contractual clauses available on request. We do not transfer personal data outside agreed regions without a lawful transfer mechanism.
Data Residency
Production data for Indian customers is hosted on India-region cloud infrastructure by default. Regional data residency is available for enterprise deployments on request.
Subprocessors & Audit
We maintain a current list of subprocessors and make it available to enterprise customers under NDA. Annual internal audits and periodic third-party penetration tests are conducted on production products.
Enterprise security & DPA requests
For security questionnaires, subprocessor lists, DPAs, or audit documentation, write to our team. Enterprise customers typically receive a signed packet within 5 business days.
