Yes. Buy-side: we audit the target's code, architecture, team, contracts, security posture, technical debt. Produces a written report with valuation-impact assessment. Sell-side: we prep the target — clean up the deck, fix obvious gaps, prepare the data room, coach exec team for DD interrogation. Both 2-4 weeks typical.
Can you sit as interim CTO or CIO?+
Yes, with a clear exit plan. We embed a senior operator at exec level for 6-18 months while we transition the role to a permanent hire — which we also help recruit. Common engagement pattern for PE-backed scale-ups post-acquisition or pre-Series B/C.
How is vendor selection structured to avoid bias?+
