Proeffico was founded in December 2021 (incorporated as Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2020) with a simple but powerful observation: businesses are surrounded by data, cameras, and systems — yet the most critical problems remain invisible.

We set out to change that. Not by selling one-size-fits-all tools, but by co-creating intelligent systems with our clients — systems that leverage what they already have and solve the problems nobody else bothers to address.

Builder, operator, and quietly obsessive about asking why. Saurabh founded Proeffico in 2020 after 15+ years across Cognizant, IBM, and digital transformation programs for Fortune-500 US clients — most of them learning the hard way that AI doesn't fix broken processes, it amplifies them. He started Proeffico to do the opposite: co-engineer intelligent systems with the customer, not deliver shrink-wrapped tools and walk away.

Under his leadership Proeffico became ISO 27001 certified, scaled to 55+ engineers, shipped three production-grade AI products — VIZO361.AI, ZIVUX.AI, MaximPro.AI — and earned trust with operators digitally transforming ~₹100 Cr-turnover Indian businesses across FMCG retail, pharma, manufacturing and logistics. Active in CII Young Indians, mentor to first-generation Indian SMB founders, evangelist for "AI for the next 100 million businesses."

The operator's operator. Ankit brings 16+ years of large-scale digital transformation in telecom and BSS/OSS — running billing modernisation programs for tier-1 telcos and tower operators across the US, Europe, GCC and South-East Asia. He has lived through every messy production cutover, every cross-time-zone war room, every "the migration must complete before Monday."

At Proeffico he owns delivery discipline — the unsexy parts that determine whether a customer's AI pilot becomes production or quietly dies in QA. Solution architecture, governance cadence, incremental delivery, and the principle that there is no "Support Tier 1 / Tier 2 wall" — every Grow and Scale customer can escalate directly to a founder. Pragmatic, calm under stress, and the reason multi-country rollouts ship on schedule.
