What ZIVUX is
ZIVUX is Proeffico's CRM product for SMEs — sales, support, marketing, campaign management and HR in one platform. The design goal is to give a growing SME the CRM depth an enterprise customer expects, at pricing an SME can afford. Live pricing starts at ₹2,500 per month.
The modules
ZIVUX ships as an integrated suite. Modules cover the operational surface an SME actually runs — from lead capture and pipeline through service tickets, marketing campaigns and HR attendance. Every module uses the same customer, contact and user master, so a lead created in Sales appears in Marketing and, if converted, in Support.

ZIVUX is deployed at Proeffico customers who need CRM depth without enterprise pricing. Publicly named deployments include BPE (a leading UPS manufacturer). Additional deployments and pilots are in progress; references available on request.

Which tier includes campaigns and HR?+
Marketing + Campaign engine is on Grow and above. HR + Attendance module is on Scale. The Spark tier is the CRM core — sales, support, contact management, tasks.
Does ZIVUX support WhatsApp?+
Yes. ZIVUX integrates with WhatsApp Business via 360Dialog for campaign broadcasts, template messaging and warm nurturing sequences. WhatsApp is a first-class channel, not a bolt-on.
How is ZIVUX different from Salesforce or HubSpot?+
Different buyer. Salesforce and HubSpot are excellent for large teams with enterprise budgets and heavy customisation needs. ZIVUX is designed for SMEs that want the same operational depth without the enterprise pricing curve or the multi-quarter implementation timeline.
How do we import our existing pipeline?+
During the data-import step we ingest contacts, active pipeline, service tickets and historical data from your existing tools. Standard imports are from Excel, Google Sheets and common CRMs; custom migrations are scoped separately.
Is on-prem available?+
ZIVUX is cloud-native. On-prem is not a standard offering. If your compliance regime requires it, we scope separately.
Can ZIVUX be used alongside MaximPro POS or VIZO361?+
Yes. Same-customer stacks work naturally — VIZO361 event streams (footfall, PIH, cash-counter) feed store analytics, MaximPro runs the till and inventory, ZIVUX manages the sales pipeline and marketing motions on top.
