    Is Proeffico ISO 27001 certified?+

    Yes. Proeffico Solutions Pvt Ltd holds ISO 27001:2022 certification (certificate 27001-7724). CIN U72900UP2020PTC137508. Certificate on file — available for procurement or audit review.

    Is Proeffico SOC 2 certified?+

    No. Proeffico is not currently SOC 2 certified. We provide SOC 2 readiness advisory to clients as a services engagement, but we do not currently claim SOC 2 certification for our own operating environment.

    Is Proeffico GDPR compliant?+

    GDPR alignment is in progress; certification target 2026. Until certification is complete, we describe our posture as 'GDPR-aligned' — data-subject-rights workflows, DPA templates and DPIA support available.

    Can we deploy on our own hardware?+

    Yes. On-premise (perpetual licence) is a first-class deployment model for VIZO361 and for many of our custom engineering engagements. Cloud subscription is available where the regulator permits.

    What data residency options exist?+

    Configurable per contract. Indian or regional cloud hosting on the ISO 27001 operating environment. On-premise for data that must not leave the customer's site. Data residency decisions are agreed at compliance-scoping, before deployment.

    How do you support our audits?+

    Evidence collection, control mapping to the regulator's framework (ISO 27001, RBI cybersecurity framework, sectoral rules), and support for auditor interviews. Third-party audit support is included on multi-year BFSI engagements.
