Going Into the Future of Policing; When you walk into Police Expo 2025, the first thing that hits you isn’t the size of the venue, the flashing lights of armored vehicles, or even the AI-powered gadgets on display. It’s the energy.
This year’s Police Expo, which took place at Pragati Maidaan in New Delhi, felt less like a trade fair and more like a look into the future of law enforcement.
For two days, the halls were full of uniformed police officers, innovators, and businesspeople who all wanted to know the answer to one important question: What will policing be like in a world where AI, data, and next-gen technology rule?
A Personal Experience
Walking through the exhibition floor was nothing short of inspirational. Booths showed out everything from tools for finding deepfakes to border surveillance systems that can find alien SIM cards in seconds. Simulation centers let you take part in a dangerous operation, while drone screens showed how much of policing is moving up into the air.
I discovered that the Expo’s actual worth wasn’t only the cool technologies on exhibit; it was the talks. Officers talked about actual problems, innovators showed how their products could help, and every handshake felt like a step toward making communities smarter and safer.
The Tech That Caught People’s Attention. Some new ideas brought in a lot of people:
- Deepgaze AI—stopping deepfakes from spreading before they do.
- Passive SIM Detectors are very important for fighting terrorism and keeping the border safe.
- Armored Vehicles – designed to withstand mines and explosions.
Simulation Training Systems let people practice in a safe, controlled setting with real-life situations. And although each technology was spectacular in its own way, the same question kept coming up: how can we make these technologies useful for police work every day?
Proeffico is here: Vizo361° on Display
That’s where our narrative starts.
We didn’t simply go to Police Expo 2025; we used it as a stage to show off Vizo361°, our main AI Video Analytics product. Vizo 361° was born in India and is now making waves in the distribution industry. It helps firms prevent theft, make sure they follow the rules, and easily keep an eye on operations in multiple locations.
But at Police Expo, we showed Vizo361° in a different way: as a police technology that converts CCTV into a partner by noticing strange activity, finding compliance gaps, and helping cops act before things become worse.
As a force multiplier, it lets one command center keep an eye on dozens of sites, including precincts, checkpoints, or city blocks. As a trusted local invention, an AI platform made in India that fits with “Vocal for Local” and is ready to help police throughout the world. The answer? A lot. During our demos, the officers leaned in and nodded as they witnessed how the same technology that stops theft in warehouses might also stop crimes in a busy metro station.
Conversations That Stood Out
The stories we heard at our booth made the experience one we will never forget.
A high-ranking officer talked about how hard it is to keep an eye on a lot of CCTV streams at once. He said, “It’s impossible for a person.” “Your system could save lives if it could automatically flag odd things.” Another visitor talked about how compliance is often ignored when there is a lot of pressure. “Your AI doesn’t just watch; it makes sure everyone follows the rules.” “That’s strong,” she said. These kinds of things show us why Vizo361° is more than just software; it’s a solution that came about because of actual requirements.
Why Police Expo is Important
For a lot of people, these kinds of expos could seem like just another chance to meet people. But for those of us who were there, it was evident that every new technology made the inquiry go faster.
- Every piece of AI information helped make better choices.
- Every handshake signified working together more closely.
- For Proeffico, it meant something even more personal: proof that our vision for Vizo361° is getting through to the individuals who need it most.
The Way Forward
As I left the Expo, one notion lingered with me: Policing is being redefined before our eyes.
The message was the same from New Delhi to Atlantic City: police are going from being reactive to proactive, and from being heavy on manpower to being heavy on technology.
And businesses like ours have a big part to play in that process. With Vizo361°, we’re not only giving cops analytics; we’re giving them a method to get more done, make cities smarter and safer, and get more done.
Conclusion: Working Together to Make Communities Safer
Police Expo 2025 was more than just a venue to show off technology; it was also a platform to celebrate what could be. It showed what can happen when governments, inventors, and communities all work together for the same thing: a safer tomorrow.
Proeffico was proud to stand next to innovators from around the world and prove that India’s own AI solutions can lead the way on the world stage.
